Eid -UL- Maulud: Senator Abiru Felicitates Muslims, Urges Reflection on the Prophet’s Teachings
I warmly felicitate with fellow Muslim faithful across Lagos East Senatorial District, Lagos State and Nigeria on the occasion of the Maulud , commemorating the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
The Maulud provides us with a profound opportunity to reflect on the enduring values of the Prophet’s life and teachings — compassion, humility, justice, tolerance, honesty, peaceful coexistence and service to humanity.
At a time when our nation is confronted with various social and economic challenges, these virtues remain particularly relevant. I urge us all to draw inspiration from the exemplary life of the Holy Prophet and strengthen our commitment to peaceful coexistence, mutual respect and the unity of our dear country.
As we celebrate, I encourage all Nigerians to continue to pray for peace, stability and prosperity in Nigeria, while supporting efforts to build a more inclusive and prosperous society.
May the blessings and lessons of Maulud inspire greater kindness, understanding and solidarity among our people.
